We require bridal and accessory appointments so that we are sure to give each and every client the undivided attention they deserve.
Our Prom/Formal Appointments are open for March, April, and May.
To cultivate a relaxing environment for all brides, we do not permit children under the age of 10.
As a reminder we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Clients who no-show to their appointment or cancel within 48 hours will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. This is because we have reserved a dressing room + stylist for you.

Silver Express Appointment
Ideal for brides who want a more focused appointment, this 60-minute appointment pairs you with a dedicated bridal stylist. It includes a private + intimate suite and allows 3 additional guests maximum. This appointment is only available on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Wedding dress prices average $2,000–$2,500. If you're looking for gowns under $1,999, please visit our sister store.
During this appointment, expect to try on 3-5 dresses.
Platinum Appointment
A dedicated bridal stylist will work with you one-on-one to help guide you through the process of finding your wedding dress. This 75-minute appointment includes a private + intimate suite and allows 4 additional guests maximum. Wedding dress prices average $2,000–$2,500. If you're looking for gowns under $1,999, please visit our sister store. This experience has a $50 booking fee, the $50 experience fee is non-refundable but may be re-scheduled. (Clients who no-show to their appointment or cancel within 48 hours will be charged a $50 cancellation fee).
VIB | Diamond Experience
The VIB "Very Important Bride" Diamond Experience is for the bride that wants to be pampered with her guests and have the entire space to themselves! Around here we think that finding your wedding dress should be a personalized, memorable experience.
The space is exclusive to your bridal party and accommodates the bride and 6 additional guests maximum for 90 minutes. A Senior Stylist will be your guide and will work with you to find the perfect gown. This level of appointment gives us the time to fully explore all options and truly assess and fulfill your dream vision. The bride will receive a signature gift and fun moments with her bridal party all while sipping on champagne. Wedding dress prices average $2,000–$2,500. If you're looking for gowns under $1,999, please visit our sister store. This experience has a $200 booking fee, $50 of which can be applied toward your same-day dress purchase.
Comeback Bridal Appointment
This 45-minute appointment is a return/second visit to our showroom to say yes to the dress! This suite accommodates the bride and 4 additional guests maximum (3 or more visits are subject to an appointment fee).
